[FEATURE] Match system Language

Feature Description

As a macOS user, I want to see suggestions in my system language.
If I type “einst”, I want to see “Systemeinstellungen”.

Problem Statement

Currently, app suggestions are only in English.
If I want to open System Settings, I must type “Setting” to get the suggestion.
I have set my system language to German, and the System Settings app is named “Systemeinstellungen”.

Proposed Solution

Localize app suggestions to match the system language.

Use Cases

1. Set the system language to German.
2. Open Spotlight.
3. Type “Einst”.
4. Get the suggestion “Systemeinstellungen”.
