[FEATURE] add documentation

the two pages state support for several features and never explain how to use them. for example, there is support for custom applescript, but the only way i was able to find it was by running grep on the source

maybe a set of markdown files which get templated both into the app itself and a website?
maybe there could be documentation right in /src/stores/items.tsx?

yeah, docs are missing, at the same time the app is literally a search field, but I guess people miss a lot of this
