NSI release for 2025-02-02

Just an FYI: the release scheduled for today will be delayed until Tuesday. There was an error in the release process regarding commit tagging (the method npm uses to determine which commit to send out for release), causing an unused commit to be assigned today's tag, and my attempt to rectify the situation also used up tomorrow's tag without accomplishing anything. Apologies to those anticipating any changes set for release (if it's any consolation, that includes myself).

Why not just delete the tag and redo it?

I tried a few methods I found online, and none of them reassigned the tag to the proper commit (df04982) nor allowed me to reuse the tag for a brand-new commit (even after deleting the tag remotely and locally, I kept getting "tag already exists" errors). It's entirely possible I'm missing an obvious solution.
