Where can I find the specification of which child elements exist for the addressparts?
I want to identify the postal address of images based on the GPS coordinates without unnecessary groupings.
Preferred is the postal address and, if available, the name of the property.

The documentation on output formats has a list of possible child elements.

That said you should rather use the geocodejson format for your purpose which comes with nicely preformatted fields for addresses.

Interesting example because information boards in forests usually don't have postal addresses.

Have a look at https://github.com/OpenCageData/address-formatting/tree/master which can further help transforming the address components into a German address. In this case it would output "Sickinger Stufe, Buntsandstein und Feuersalamander, Tausendmühle, 66892 Bruchmühlbach, Deutschland" (as you can see it ignores the state/Bundesland, Regierungsbezirk, Kreis)
