Known Issue: Choosing certain directories causes hang/freeze/error

We have a known issue where if you choose certain folders (e.g. folders with no items inside them), the app will not respond. 

As a workaround in the meantime, we recommend choosing a different folder, or moving items into the folder you are trying to select.
