Remove old jQuery components

We could probably remove a good chunk of these already: https://github.com/oskariorg/oskari-frontend/tree/master/bundles/framework/divmanazer/component

If applications use them they could add the code to the application repository or migrate towards React.

Couple of components removed and some rollback after we noticed we still need some of them. We'll continue this after 3.0.
