Benchmarks for the RelaxedCsvParser

Since the RelaxedCsvParser is coming in FastCSV 4.0.0, I think it’d be awesome to have some benchmarks to show the exact performance trade-offs. What do you think?

Yes, benchmarks are always checked and updated (if results change) as part of the release process. Currently, the code is in its final refactoring and optimization phase.
