Please update package dependencies to avoid conflicts

First of all, thank you for your work on this package. I’m currently using it in my project, but I’ve encountered an issue related to dependency conflicts.

When I try to install or use other NuGet packages, Visual Studio detects version conflicts due to outdated dependencies in this package. To maintain compatibility and avoid such issues, I kindly request that you update the package dependencies to their latest stable versions.

Updating these dependencies would greatly help ensure smoother integration with other packages and improve the overall compatibility of the ecosystem.

I have updated the dependencies to MauiVersion 9.0.70 and Xamarin.AndroidX latest versions
