[epic] Write test suite

openqa-mon currently relies on manual testing and this is bad. We should come up with an automated test suite. In should incorporate in particular the following

• Check if the json parsing is correct by feeding a known json state into openqa-mon
• Check if the job id parsing is correct (single test url, remote url + multiple test ids, test id range via .. and test id range via +)
