People belonging to multiple institutes

In terms of UX, when a person registers on to the Polaris toolkit they should be presented with a list of standard/common institute names. Their "main" or "home" institute should be a requirement, and optionally they should be able to select as many "secondary" institutions as needed.

Once registered we need to provide a means for them to manage their "profile" e.g., changing "home" institute which would include an email change, and/or "secondary" institutes.

This probably means an additional table in the Polaris database to hold the 0 to many keys of "secondary" institutes to which a Person may belong, and a change to the Person model to include a list of secondary institutes.
