The issue was caused when you edited the notes separately. The way to solve this is to go into the Notebooks menu and long press to highlight the notebook in question. You will then see two clouds at the top of your screen, one with an arrow pointing up and another pointing down. Figure out which notebook you'd like to keep, the "remote" one (in your files) or the "local" (in orgzly). Down arrow will overwrite the local and the up will overwrite the remote. This should clear up the issue. |

Hi!
i am not sure if this forum is the right place to ask. if not, pls, kindly redirect me.
i have started learning Orgzly Revived on android
base on my previous experiences on both android and pc, i wanted to test how this app handles diacritics in different hypothetical situations
this is what happened...
i manually added diacritics (e.g. "áéí" characters) to the .org files (created by the first sync) in my chosen repository directory (located on an sd card) and synced, good
then i added diacritics to the notebook in the app, synced, all went well
but then i changed/edited both the notebook in the app and its corresponding .org file in the repository (which i changed differently), tried to sync to see what would happen and the sync failed. and so did all the sync attempts ever since.
i tried to resolve this in every way i could think of
re-set the repository directory
delete notebooks, import org files, sync
clear app cache
change the repository folder from sd card to the internal memory
finally the one thing that helped was clearing the app data
does anybody make any sense of this, pls?

many thanks in advance for any kind help
:)
Karel
