Alerts during planned training do not work

During planned workouts
– I set a heart-rate or pace alert, but the watch only gives a short vibration (I believe that vibration is supposed to be the alert, but I’m not completely sure)
– No message appears on the screen and no voice prompt plays.

During manual activities
– Alerts work correctly: a message pops up telling me if my pace is too fast or too slow, and the watch behaves as expected.

Thank you for your feedback. What does "planned workouts" refer to? Does the Workout Alerts fail when it comes to Zepp Coach, Training template, or using a Interval training?

I mean Training Template (sorry my english is not good)
I make them manually from the ZEPP app and transfer them to the clock.

Active the run activity, select the training template and start training.
The alerts do not appear, I have tried heart rate alerts and speed rhythm alerts.

In the training template, since reminders can be set in stages (these settings can be found in the Zepp App), this function conflicts to some extent with the reminder function of the exercise itself.

Therefore, in the training template, some of the reminders set for the exercise do not take effect. However, reminders for aspects such as time and safe heart rate will still be effective.

It is very important that these alerts work to do training properly.

I think that the alerts of the training template (if they exist) should have priority over normal alerts.

The alerts I need to work are the ones I set up in my training template, heart rate or pace.

Today I disabled all the alerts in the running app and only enabled the ones in the training template and it didn't work either. I think it's not a priority issue, it's that there's an bug in these alerts.
