Libvoikko 4.3.3rc1 is available for testing

Libvoikko 4.3.3rc1 is available for testing at https://puimula.org/htp/testing/libvoikko-4.3.3rc1.tar.gz

Changes in this release include various build fixes and fix for one hyphenator related memory leak.

Additionally the test suite that was run with "make check" has been disabled: it required a specific set of dictionaries to be present. This was impractical, not documented and now that libvoikko is a build dependency for voikko-fi it essentially introduced a cyclic dependency between these two components.

Notice: While there are no changes in Python support in this release and thus Python version 2 should likely still work, the compatibility will not be maintained in future releases. Thus, if any Python related changes are needed in the future, compatibility arrangements that have allowed Python 2 to be supported will be removed.
