Memo color background or tag color background

https://github.com/orgs/usememos/discussions/4129#discussioncomment-11615623 has a workaround to color memos by tag. Maybe this could be promoted a supported feature? User effort shows that there is demand.

Similarly, it could be considered to also add a certain (pastel) color to a memo, in order to differentiate it from others.

Does this seem complicated to implement?
