Selfhost documentation for native deployment seems outdated

Hello,

i tried to make a native deployment (without docker) from source with the documentation here : https://docs.undb.io/deployment/self-host/

It seems outdated as the undb binary doesn't end up in the expected directory after running bun run build.
When running it from apps/backend, a lot "not found" errors pops up.

I probably could make it work by analyzing the Dockerfile and adapt it to a native env, but i still think that all the steps should be in the documentation.
