Accessing package directory via the main package selection list menu.

It is sometimes useful to be able to quickly open the U++ package directories via the main package selection dialog.

As you can see in the above image, adding a Open package directory menu entry would be simple and handy.
Also, the terminal launcher entry shouldn't show the whole path (as sometimes it can be very long). Instead it should state what it does. (This is also consistent with TheIDE's other menu entries that does the same thing.)
