Typsium: A community for chemistry-related Typst packages

We made an open source community organization to host and maintain typst chemistry packages. Our goal is to improve interoperability between chemistry packages, so users can define molecules/elements once and use them everywhere. We are actively working on new features as a development team, so if anyone is interested, please come and join us! If you are thinking about a package or are a chemistry package maintainer please reach out. Also maybe it would be cool to have someone from the typst community team as an honorary admin 🙂.

I should note for people arriving on this discussion that the honorary position was discussed on the community forge. Unfortunately, the only member that knows a little more about chemistry than what they learned in high school decline on grounds of being too busy.

At least that's the last thing I remember from the discussion, feel free to correct the record here if I got something wrong. I just didn't want this discussion sitting here unanswered.
