Bootstrap 5 – Glyphicons support and licensing clarification

We are upgrading our project from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5.
In the existing codebase, Glyphicons are used extensively.

Bootstrap 3 included Glyphicons by default as part of the framework (free to use with Bootstrap 3 license).

Bootstrap 4 and Bootstrap 5 have dropped support for Glyphicons.

Since our project still relies heavily on Glyphicons, do we need a separate license to continue using them with Bootstrap 5?

Are Glyphicons still free to use independently of Bootstrap (outside Bootstrap 3)?

Clarification on licensing requirements for Glyphicons with Bootstrap 4 & 5.

Glyphicons was licensed to be shipped with Bootstrap 3 at the time, but we never talked about revoking that when Bootstrap updates. I imagine you can still use them, but there are also many many alternatives, including our own Bootstrap Icons at https://icons.getbootstrap.com, if you wanted.
