I was not able to set a relay host

Hi,
I hope, someone can help me. I want to relay all my outgoing E-Mails to relay.dynu.com but all my E-Mails to outlook.com are delivered directly via mx to the outlook.com mail servers which are blocked there because of Spamhouse.

Here are my settings:
