When I run below command:

bin/rails g solidus:install

It' show this error

I converted this to a Troubleshooting discussion is it's unlikely that an issue with SSL is an issue with Solidus itself.

I suspect this has something to do with the RubyGems mirror you're using or even something due to with the firewall itself, as I've never heard of an issue like this. I would try debugging to see what it's trying to open a connection to when the SSL fails.
