Nesting optimization inside a parameter study

Hi all,
I would like to launch a parameter study, where I optimize a CFD model for each of these parameters.
The context is to optimize the rotational speed of a propeller at several tip speed ratio.

I tried to start with nested UQ cases which I've successfully used in the past, and which seem far more complex than this simple task. But I couldn't manage to make anything work. Does somebody have any pointer for that task ?

Paragraph 8.5 and Chapter 15 from the documentation do not give any example of that case.
