PDF generator returned error code -1073741515!

Hi everyone. I have installed severals Project using report pdf and worked very well. But in this last project, i am receiving the message: "PDF generator returned error code -1073741515!". Can you help to solve this error? I will appreciate every suggestion about this problem.

if still not working, install the 2 below on your server, 32 or 64 depending on your server, you can install both
wkhtmltopdf
