[Added] PS1 on PS2

We've added cue2pops and changed the POPS directory to a symlink (roms/sony/playstation1/vcd) in the testing branch

To enable this on an existing installation there is some work to do,

1. remove/rename your existing POPS dir under /data/retronas/ps2/POPS (it will be recreated as a link)
2. switch to the testing branch
3. reinstall Samba for PS2 to trigger the linking of the POPS dir
4. install cue2pops

Once merged into main this will be the default for POPS/OPL installs moving forward

cue2pops is considered a separate tool for on device management
