Changes made since r493:

• more use of decals
• more diversity with colours
• better use of blendmap for rooftops
• retexture most of the map
• cleaner world environment settings (no longer 100% brown)
• many many geometry improvements
• additional decals/models
• nobiax concrete panel textures
• added raised platform/steps on half of the large interior room

TODO list:

• use billboard mapmodels
• probably some more retexturing for some of the inside rooms

Weapon spawns / playerstart locations and even the layout are still the same as the classic <1.6 version.
