Add pickset to randomly pick a number of elements from an array

There are many cases where pickset is super useful and it would be great to have radashi support it.
pickset randomly extract value from an array.

Closing as I believe this solution is what you're after:

// Get 3 random array items.
shuffle(array).slice(0, 3)

Was looking for draw(array, 3) that would be shuffle(array).slice(0, 3) :)
