Would it be possible to set up a MacOS configuration for older versions, in particular for El Capitan? |

Answering my own question. After finding out how to set up a second disk drive in my Catalina vm and how to connect a USB El Capitan bootable USB drive in virtmanager, I was able to install El Capitan on to the second drive in the Catalina vm and then simply remove the Catalina drive. |
