Can not start Portainer UI in browser

Hi I am Ekta

I have installed portainer in windows but UI is not working

First I installed portainer standalone and it is working fine but then I installed on swam then UI not working

Portainer version: 2.18.3
OS: Microsoft Windows server 2019 standard
Docker version: 20.10.9

Docker installed
Docker swam also installed

In Swam 1 manager node 2 worker node

That all seems right, seems like a networking or FW config issue. Also check overlay network requirements for windows if any.
Can you deploy any other service (eg nginx) and see if you can reach it.

Can you deploy any other service (eg nginx) and see if you can reach it.
Stop portainer, deploy another swarm service (something like nginx) in its place using port 9000 or 9443. Check if you can access the service.

but it is not working in swarm with same port

All things point to issues with Overlay networking. How was the myoverlaynet created for the above nginx deployment?
I've tested with the following
win2019-1 - 10.100.199.6
win2019-2 - 10.100.199.7
win2019-3 - 10.100.199.8

Enabled Windows Container Service and installed docker using these instructions.
Enabled swarm mode including FW rules on all three hosts as explained in this article
