Automatic meter credit top-ups

It would be great to have the ability to configure usage-based billing with automatic credit top-ups. For example, the user purchases a "token pack" of 100 tokens, and when their tokens drop to a certain number/percentage, it will automatically re-purchase the token pack again. This is a pretty common practice for services such as SMS sending platforms which allow you to "recharge" your account balance.

We are implementing usage-based billing in our application and would also like to implement an automatic top-up feature.
