Using non USD base currency

im trying to understand the best way to handle non usd currencies to minimize fees.
i’m based in a country in the middle east and i want to have products priced in a non usd currency and ideally have my account always be in this currency (including receiving payouts in that currency). i’m also expect all of my customers to use non US credit cards.

are non usd currencies supported? i don’t mind using USD if it saves me from paying fees, but i would prefer not too.
