question about Withdrawal policies

I tried to withdraw my earned revenue, but I got the following screen: Why do I have to pay an additional 10% to withdraw? What is the policy on this?

Those fees reflect what our underlying payment processor bills us to perform payout. We reflect them 1-1 and do not make profit from them.

It's also important to note that $2/month/active payouts is the bulk of this fee for this payout vs. 0.25% + $0.25 otherwise.

It's part of the reason we give control of when to withdraw so you can plan accordingly based on what makes sense for you.

But as @frankie567 mentioned it's the underlying partner for payouts (Stripe) that has these fees.

Additionally, in Q4'25, once Polar 2.0 is ready, we'll focus on more PSPs, payout options and internationalization and can likely then drive these fees down for our community, but wiring money always has some fees associated with it and that's what we charge for here

Thank you for answer, so So the way these payouts are calculated right now is that the $2/month/active payouts in the stripe are the majority, and if I withdraw more, it's not like it's n times that, it's just a little bit more on top of the $2?

Correct. Stripe charges $2 only once per month for any given account with active payouts. But the variable payout fee is 0.25% + $0.25.

So this is how it works then.

January: No payouts? $0 in fees.

February 2nd: Payout of $100. $2 once/active/month + 0.25% x 100 in variable fee + $.25 in fixed. So the fee is $2 + $.25 + $.25 = $2.5

February 14th: Payout of 200. $0 + $.25 and 0.25% x 200. So the fee is $0 + $.25 + $.5 = $.75

March: No payouts? $0 in fees.
