How do I withdraw issue funds?

I have one resolved issue with a $30 pledge (paid upfront) that I'd like to withdraw, or better yet, move into my balance. Is that possible? Or is this feature frozen, meaning pledges can't be touched for now? I couldn't find a way in the webui. Docs for this feature have been removed.

@pawamoy Did you get help from @birkjernstrom on Discord? We definitely don't want to lock pledges, so we'll for sure get to the bottom of this :)

@frankie567 yes Birk and I are chatting in a Discord thread, I'm sure we'll be able to resolve it soon 😄

We believe Polar didn't detect the issue was resolved (because I closed it on GitHub, then reopened it, then closed it again, for reasons). I don't see a "Mark as completed" button next to the issue, as suggested by Birk. I'd say it's a webhook issue or something 🙂
