Getting build errors related to boost library

I had already ran git submodule update --init --recursive --force
and trying to build in Android Studio on Windows Machine and facing this file not found errors related to boost library.
Pasting the log for reference. and also, in some of the discussions it was mentioned about build instructions. Where to find it?

Documentation mentions enabling symlinks and also running the configure script. Did you follow these steps?

Build got successful after running configure.sh for
.\gradlew assembleGoogleDebug
But unfortunately it is still throwing some compilation errors for
.\gradlew assembleFdroidDebug

Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

Did you enable symlinks before cloning the repository, like it is specified in the documentation?

I need to send the navigation instructions to other application (which hosts tcp server) via tcp socket. which files i need to focus on?
