The ability to filter search results. Any of the designated detail fields that are present at the overview of a place should be able to be filtered. For example opening times or wheelchair access. And all the details that are present for the results of your search term.
There should be a filter button with a list view of all detail fields available to check and uncheck them, along with fields like opening times.
When you select a category, for example, where to eat, there can be a submenu for fast food, bakery, pub, restaurant, bar at the top of the results page, where you can filter your way down to your preferred results in the data. For example for restaurant there is another sub menu pizza, Italian, sushi, chinese. Or for fast food there is burger, kebab, sandwich
Different types of results within categories should also have different colors on the results page to be able to be distinguished at a glance.
However, there shouldn’t be different colors on the map for each cuisine by default if you didn’t search for restaurants, this would be confusing. If you’ve searched for restaurants and then press on the map icon, different colors for different cuisines that are present in the search results page might also reflect to the highlighted results on the map.
