How can I determine whether the current user has access to the Orchid dashboard (in a Blade template)?

I have integrated Orchid with Fortify for authentication.

On the front end of my site, I'd like to display a link to the Orchid dashboard – but only if the currently logged-in user has access to view it.

How can I do this?

I've tried this:

@can('platform.index')
    <a href="{{ route('platform.index') }}">{{ __('Admin Dashboard') }}</a>
@endcan

But it doesn't work. (No link is displayed.)
