There is now a (proper) standalone website for the PTF available here: https://polkadot-fellows.xyz/ . Could you please update the link to direct visitors to this website, instead of the Polkadot Wiki?

@chungquantin Any ETA on this? Your docs are still directing visitors to Polkadot Wiki, which is outdated.
