Windows 10. Desktop icon is not deleted.

Desktop icon is not deleted. No way at all. How do I remove the icon from the desktop? Why is the program so problematic?

The desktop icon is not a shortcut. there is no arrow on it. the delete button is not deleted. Right-click, there is no "delete" item. Right-click properties - the "security" tab does not work. Nothing is working in this icon. And it is not deleted. You can't rename this icon either.
