Customer support in feedback of e-commerce app using expo and supabase

I am building an expo app and with the backend of supabase, I wanted to include in my app the customer support messaging feedback so that the customer and staff can chat in the app. By the way I am building 2 app for this e-commerce project, 1 is for mobile app where customers can browse and add some feedback in the mobile app, while the 2 is webapp where the staff or owner of the e-commerce can update, create or delete some products also track orders, and can communicate with the customer through Customer support chat app, btw I am using Next.js for the webapp and also using same supabase project of the mobile app as the backend.
