Upgrading to 0.7.0 requires downloading and configuring SLURM templates that is not covered in the "Upgrading" section of the documentation nor the install script. That better be fixed.

The docs on SLURM templates are part of the installation instructions for attaching your SLURM cluster, but we should probably link to that in the upgrade instructions as well.

Yes, the new install docs are there. But the upgrade process (and docs) do not mention that SLURM config have changed a lot. It would be nice to have a clear warning that SLURM templates and the configuration bits should be prepared before the upgrade to minimize downtime. Having followed all the upgrade steps and then not being able to start service because some unknown changes have to be done here and there was frustrating.
I'd say it should be in the upgrade instructions AND in the install script output when migrating to a new version. It does mention some of the changes that should be done to the config file, but not the SLURM part.

Tragically, our install script isn't smart enough to read the configuration file, so the installer can't do a ton of things we'd like it to do, like take different actions if people have the SLURM bits turned on. Maybe someday we could "upgrade" the installer to an actual binary executable with more advanced capabilities, but then the installer would no longer be easily inspectable by sysadmins anymore. I'd be interested to know where people think we should land on the advanced-vs-inspectable spectrum for an installer.

As for the docs, that's definitely easy to update. We'll get on that. Thanks for the feedback!
