Apple Silicon Considerations

Quick conversation regarding considerations for Apple Silicon:

• My primary development box is a Silicon MacBook Pro, so you're likely to get good coverage.
• GitHub Actions does not have the ability to produce a CI job for Apple Silicon, though, so you're likely only going to have the latest versions of Perl in Homebrew repos for Apple Silicon.
• Vagrant and other virtualization suites are still fully unsupported on Apple Silicon, so you're unlikely to run stuff that way.

I still have access to Intel-based GNU/Linux, and GitHub Actions does cover that configuration pretty well.
