In order for a PR to be accepted,

• Documentation submissions must add new information (explain a new thing, add material clarification on something else)
• Code submissions must add functionality or fix something which is actually broken
• All tests must pass (and documentation changes must run the tests as well!)
• Test coverage must not drop.
