BBC Sounds

It would be great to have BBC Sounds as a music provider similar to the LMS extension - https://github.com/expectingtofly/LMS_BBC_Sounds_Plugin/wiki.

You can access a live BBC Stream through tune in but this doesn't allow for finding and selecting on demand stuff like BBC Sounds does.

I would wholeheartedly agree. This is currently the only feature stopping me from switching completely from LMS

I started to make a crack at figuring out what endpoints could be used to do this... Very basically functionality could be achieved with the following, but I don't know enough about the architecture of Music Assistant to know where to start.... Note, despite the need to login everywhere with iPlayer / Sounds, this isn't actually needed as all the endpoints are public anyway. I'm not even sure the user agent header is needed.
