board1 cobrapin frit

hello,
I burned the board1 of the cobrapin. I bought another blue pill, flashed, programmed. the cobrapin board is not powered. board 1 is connected to the computer via usb The 2 leds light up when it is plugged into my computer. But it stops instantly when I clip the 3.3v pins near the head. What is my problem? a fuse? a transistor? A bad return to earth from the cobrapin card? ...? can i remove this pin? thank you very much
