Idea: add hermes to Mise plugins for easy building/updating

It could be interesting to add hermes as a plugin to build the project and make it easy to update/maintain. (Note, I'm not a hermes user myself, but I just thought this could be interesting and useful to those who are curious about it and have found interest in mise itself.)
