Slow start after some time idle

Hello,
I have this strange issue that the web application takes some time to start after some hours of not being used.
For example, when I try to use the application early in the morning, it takes some time (maybe 30 to 40 seconds) to show me the content of the first entry I request.

Facts about my installation:

• I have miniflux installed using Docker.
• Now, I am using Cloudflare Tunnels, but I had this issue since day one. Before I was using the tunnel.
• I am running inside a Synology NAS
• The NAS system resources are no more than 3%, at the time I semi-cold start the application
• After the semi-cold start, the application is super-fast and snappy. If I leave it without using for a few hours, the slow start happens again.
• Maybe I could say it improved, when I set the database "healthcheck". But still not less than 30 to 40 seconds.
• I have miniflux and postgres installed on spinning disks
• When I start the application after the idle time, the page usually shows fast the number of entries, but when I try to access any particular entry, it takes some time

What am I missing?
