Let's cut a new Minicli release?

Hello! 👋🏼

It's been a while since we had any updates on Minicli. Mostly my fault as I got overwhelmed with work and other life things and was unable to get some heads-down time with Minicli.

I still use it, thou, for small CLI things, and I still love it. And I still want to keep it dependency free. But I would like it to be more on pair of what is currently going on in modern PHP. Because I don't actively work with PHP anymore, I feel a got a bit behind on that front.

Anyways. I think it's time we create a new release. I thought of deprecating what is harder to maintain (the application template repositories), and focus only on the core of dependency-free Minicli. Users can share their app templates if they want, but we only maintain the core. That would make maintainance a lot easier.

What do you think @WendellAdriel ? Anyone else here that would like to collaborate with this new version?
