ms-start a CLI utility for Metalsmith

ms-start was built to provide a fast way to start a Metalsmith Site. It clones the Metalsmith First starter and adds pages with frontmatter scaffolding. It uses Nunjucks for templating and builds all pages with section components. In addition, I built a documentation site, which includes a section sandbox for users to get familiar with all available sections.

I'm interested in getting feedback and requests about what section to add.
