How to use poetry for installation of mediawiki-dump-generator

I am at this step poetry update && poetry install && poetry build and i have no idea what to do. I know that you replace && with and but other than that im stumped. I am using bash to install. do i have to install poetry or it it already in the dumpgenerator?

Don't edit the command, enter it exactly as given:

poetry update && poetry install && poetry build

or enter each separately:

poetry update
poetry install
poetry build

Poetry is not part of MediaWiki Dump Generator and does not come with Python by default. You need to install it separately using the command:

pip install poetry
