getting "Input is too long for requested model" error and token limit hit error very frequently

i am getting these two errors very frequently even if my size of input is not very large.
"Agent stopped due to an error: An error occurred (ThrottlingException) when calling the InvokeModelWithResponseStream operation (reached max retries: 4): Too many tokens, please wait before trying again."

"{"result": "Agent stopped due to an error: An error occurred (ValidationException) when calling the InvokeModelWithResponseStream operation: Input is too long for requested model."}"

any solution for this?
