How to disable a Maximum Window gets Restore Down/Unmaximum when dragging title/toolbar in Cinnamon?
I have disabled Window Tiling and Snapping in System Setting -> Perference -> Window Tiling, but it only prevent window from getting maximum. It won't prevent Window gets Restore Down/Unmaximum.
I also tried dconf but it didn't work either.
I don't need this feature and somehow Firefox and some other apps consider their toolbars are parts of their title bar so when click and drag their toolbar, cinnamon unmaximum the window.
Here is the video link shows how it looks like in Firefox 142.0.1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_K7y7MRRKy4
