feature-request drag and drop shortcuts

I wish I could simply drag and drop the shortcut of a program into the settings window when creating a program launcher, and the title, start, and target would be read from the shortcut. That would save me from having to copy and paste it three times.
And I wouldn't always make the mistake of missing quotation marks. 😄
